Deleted old version of Amp and installed new version which automatically activated thru the Xstore plugin installer. Got an error that took down my whole site that said there was an error in Line 21 of update.php in the plugin directory. Promptly deleted via file manager access and site is working.

An error of type E_PARSE was caused in line 21 of the file /home/customer/www/annsanicolajewelry.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/xstore-amp/admin/update.php. Error message: syntax error, unexpected ‘string’ (T_STRING), expecting function (T_FUNCTION) or const (T_CONST)

Hello,

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access. If you don’t know what is FTP then contact your hosting provider. They will give you access.

Please, change the user directory to your WP installation.

What directory do you want access to? Public_html? Sorry, that was the autogenerated directory
