AMP home page is not linked with mobile website

1. I am using AMP on xstore. I am able to change everything at AMP but whenever I make any changes under “Home Page”, it doesn’t appear on mobile website. What could be the reason ?
2. Under home page, there are categories, products and other options. But I don’t see option to use available categories. Option is just to change “Category Title” but nothing else. I am just seeing the products randomly on home page. How do I call categories at home like website on computer ?
