An error occurred while updating XStore Core

    Hello , i will need again some help from your great team.

    Since few days ago wordpress has released new update to 6.0.1 i have experienced problem with this theme.
    I was able to update all my plugins, but i can not update theme what ever i tryed, i failed with this error:
    An error occurred while updating XStore Core: Download failed. cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds
    And on the end of the message i got this:
    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/wizardrs/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php:5275) in /home/wizardrs/public_html/wp-content/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/compat/compat.php on line 135

    I will send you screenshot of this.

    Please help me out, since i dont know what elshe should i try to update theme.
    I tried to update it by downloading it from market and uploading for update, and it fails also..

    In addition, it looks like, i can not communicate to Xstore servers, since when i clik on info to find out more about new wesrion i get mesage:
    Plugin not found.

    My subscription was expired, and i renewed it this morning, but when ever i try to refresh that status i get error again:
    I hope that this tells you more about the problem, thank you in advance..

    Hello,

    1/ Disable the mentioned in error text so-widgets-bundle plugin https://prnt.sc/YlbMQE-Vr5wv , and try then.
    2/ Contact your hosting provider and ask them if they block outgoing/ingoing connections to our server 136.243.62.35
    Your site should be able to make requests to our server and get a response.
    3/ Try to do manual updating via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
    4/ Confirm that you have a full backup, then provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can check the problem mode deeply and do the update for you.

    I will give you admin account to check it out.
    Today i dont have any visible updates available for xstore, i dont know why.
    My status in theme panel says that i dont have active sub , and cant connect again.
    When i force to chek again for updates, i got a lot of this lines:

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply.
    Please provide FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
    Then I will be able to pass this problem to our dev team.

    Hello, i have tryed everything that you told me and didnt fix the problem.
    My hosting provider told me that your servers are not on black list, and they put it in whitelist just in case.
    I have tryed to update theme manualy but got problem like this:

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

    Plugin installation failed.

    So here is FTP informations that you asked.

    Hello,

    About FTP access, we can’t connect, unfortunately.

    Error:        	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error:        	Could not connect to server

    Do you have any limits for connections from other countries? Unblock it for Ukraine.

    Can you pls send me IP adress that we can whitelist, or adress of the server?
    My host provider told me that there are not any specific rules that should block any IP adress
