Again same problem when i reset my website

1/ As mentioned in our documentation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/documentation/troubleshooting/troubleshooting-pclziperrbadformat-10-during-theme-core-plugin-update/ to solve this error, you just need to unregister theme > register it one more time, and clear caching by clicking on “Check again” link.
2/ We can’t log in using the credentials you provided – https://prnt.sc/aAsRVlG45qx_ , unfortunately. Please check and provide the correct credentials, so we can do the actions mentioned in our docs (re-register theme) to help you.
3/ There is no need in 1-star reviews, we always do our best to help our customers.
