An error occurs during theme installation: media not installed :(

Hello.
An error occurs during theme installation:

“media not installed 🙁
The most common errors occur due to low server requirements. We strongly recommend that you contact your hosting provider to verify and adjust the necessary server settings.”

Why is this happening? Are there any restrictions on file size?

Hello, @Taras,

Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.

The Media import was not installed. It doesn’t work for manual import also.

This problem comes from the server side. Contact your hosting provider and ask to increase Max execution time, then go to import and select to import Media only – https://gyazo.com/fc5e45e83c009dd334efe31d3b934d83 If this doesn’t help. Ask your hosting provider to check the server error log, and solve errors from there.
