    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced with the import of the “Animals01” demo.

We recommend executing the import on a clear WordPress installation. You can accomplish this by using the WordPress Database Reset plugin, which can be found at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/. This plugin enables you to erase all existing content and install a fresh version.

Thank you for your response and suggestion. However, I have a significant amount of data on my store, including orders and products, so I cannot reset the database.

Could you please provide an alternative solution to resolve the import issue with the “Animals01” demo without erasing existing data?

Thank you for the prompt updates to the demo pages on my website. I appreciate your assistance.

However, I noticed an issue with the checkout page. It appears different from the checkout page in the demo. Could you please help me resolve this so that it matches the demo layout?

Thank you once again for your support.

Rose Tyler: Thank you for the update. Yes, the theme has now been fully imported. I have a question about the method you use to import the demo template. Will this method impact the way I receive updates in the future? Specifically, will the next update of the template be added without problems?

    Hello,

I have encountered an issue with the header after activating the Yoast SEO plugin. As shown in the attached image, the header initially displays with an abnormally large height during loading. Once the page finishes loading, the header corrects itself to the normal height. This issue does not occur when the Yoast SEO plugin is deactivated.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue?

    Thank you.

    Hi @Zito9,

By default SEO Yoast plugin doesn’t prevent any CSS codes to load. – We advise disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with the XStore theme. You can view a list of the included plugins here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/. After deactivating these plugins, please clear your browser’s cache and verify if the issue still persists. This is an important step as third-party plugins can often lead to conflicts.

If the problem continues, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated and grant us permission to debug your site. This includes deactivating any on-site customizations. This measure will enable us to conduct a thorough investigation and provide you with the necessary assistance.

Before proceeding with the troubleshooting or any updates, we strongly recommend taking a complete backup of your site to safeguard against any potential data loss.

    Best Regards,

Thank you for your response. I have already followed the troubleshooting steps and disabled all third-party plugins. I reactivated them one by one and found that the issue occurs specifically when the Yoast SEO plugin is activated. (you can check that on my admin panel)

Please let me know the next steps to resolve this issue.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Dear @Zito9,

We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully added a unique class of your logo image to exclude it from the Smush lazy loading plugin. You can view the update here: https://prnt.sc/497U322NDagE. As a result, the header will no longer resize upon page load, as the logo image will now load simultaneously with the entire content.

Thank you so much for adding the unique class to my logo image to exclude it from the Smush lazy loading plugin. I can already see the improvement, and the header no longer resizes upon page load. Your support has been outstanding, and I must say, it’s the best I’ve experienced in the theme community.

Could you please provide some suggestions on how to improve the speed of my website? I’ve noticed that it’s running a bit slow, and I’d love to optimize it further.

Thank you once again for your excellent support!
