Anchor functionality in menu items is buggy

Hi,

There seems to be a bug in the anchoring function on menu items. When you set an anchor name, the function applies the hashtag twice. Please see https://imgur.com/a/QUcF8hO.

Tested with various anchor names (with and without dashes) and result stays the same.

Please make sure that you have not set the “#” in the URL of the Menu item field: https://postimg.cc/YhFhmj18

I have tested it at my end on my test site and it is working perfectly fine for me: https://postimg.cc/vg1QFShX
