    Hello, @lew-shop,

    Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

    We are writing to inform you that your recent request was not entirely clear to our team. To assist you more effectively, could you please provide a detailed description of the issue you are facing or clarify your specific requirements?

    Additionally, it would be immensely helpful if you could include a screenshot of the problem. This will enable us to better understand the situation and provide a more accurate solution.

    In the editor, the text is bold and a page marker is added in the code, but it is not visible on the product page.

    Hello, @lew-shop,

    1/We are reaching out to request your assistance with disabling all caching systems currently implemented on your website. Specifically, we would like to turn off the following:

    – CloudFlare
    – Cache Plugins
    – Hosting Cache

    2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    We believe that this action is crucial for us to proceed with our ongoing tasks effectively.

    Your cooperation and prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you in advance for your help.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, @lew-shop,

    We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that although the tag strong has been successfully applied with a font-weight of 700, it appears that the visibility of this styling is compromised due to the font family currently in use on your website.

    If you prefer not to change the font family for the frontend, you might consider using custom CSS code to highlight such texts with color:

    .single-product strong {
        color: black;
    }

    Should you need any further assistance or wish to discuss this matter, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
