Any reason the search bar just spins and isn’t picking up results

Hi

As per the title. Using your standard Ajax search, Any reason the search bar just spins and isn’t picking up results? Is it a setting or something I need to change?

Basically it just spins and isn’t showing any results.

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

If there is no plugin fault, please let us know and provide temporary FTP access.

Hi

It’s not a plugin conflict – please see info in private area.

It works fine on a mobile though so it’s only affecting the browser view.

Thank you very much. You guys truly are legends.

Please pass on my sincere gratitude. I’m not sure how the function hook suddenly went awry as it was fine / is fine on old staging site.

Anyway, thank you for resolving my issue. Really appreciate it. ?
