API request call error. Response code – 500

Hi hope you are well, I am getting this error API request call error. Response code – 500″ when trying to register the theme, please advise

also Just wanted to find out this is a domain we using for staging and we will copy the site once completed over to the domain of the online store where it is currently running will I be able to move the purchase code to the other domain? it can deactivate on the development side after if need be thats not a problem
