    welcome
First, I would like to thank you for the wonderful topic, but I have a problem, which is that sometimes the site does not appear well (the mobile topic appears on the computer)
And when I click on purge all
    It works fine again
The second problem is that the theme does not work well on the phone except on the Chrome browser. How do I make it work well on other browsers?
The third problem, which also appeared after installing the new theme, is the failure to complete the payment process

    Hello,

It’s related to your cache system. We use wp_is_mobile default function to show mobile version for the mobile devices. But your cache does not separate cache for the mobile devices and display cached mobile version for the desktop.
Do you use third-party cache plugin or some kind of the server cache? You need to contact either plugin author or hosting provider and ask to separate cache for the mobile devices to avoid mentioned issue.

    Regards

I don’t have anything to add to the cache
I told my host, and that was his response
” I understand, please let the template developer know that we can only turn off the whole server cache/ clear it but we cannot separate the cache from mobile ”
However I asked him turn off cash To find out what is causing the problem
I mentioned a problem to you above and you didn’t answer me about it, and I mention it again
The third problem, which also appeared after installing the new theme, is the failure to complete the payment process
And also among the problems that occur in the appearance, as in the picture below

I have attached to you above the login information to my site in order to verify the cause of the problem

    Hello,

All the mentioned issues are related to your cache. So, try to disable server cache and install cache plugin that allows you to separate desktop and mobile caches: WPRoket or Fastest cache or W3 Total cache. Enable option to separate caches and check all the mentioned issues after that. Let me know about the results.

    Regards

Hello I have added W3 Total cache plugen
But I think there is a problem with the settings for the header
It appears on the mobile in the Chrome browser like this in the picture
    https://www11.0zz0.com/2021/10/30/12/517782020.jpg
And it appears on the mobile in the Brave browser like this in the picture
    https://www11.0zz0.com/2021/10/30/12/165955642.jpg
Note the difference in the header in the two cases on the mobile on different browsers
I’m really tired of these things

    Hello,

Have you enabled the option to separate caches, as was mentioned by Olga? Either enable separate cache for the mobile devices in cache plugin settings or go to Theme Options > General > disable Mobile Content optimization option. Let us know the result.

I can’t find any option to enable separate cache for mobile devices in cache plugin settings
But I did that command (Theme Options > General > disable Mobile Content optimization option)
It appears on the mobile in the Chrome browser like this in the picture
    https://www11.0zz0.com/2021/10/30/12/517782020.jpg
And it appears on the mobile in the Brave browser like this in the picture

The list has improved more than before, it appears in the right place,
But on what basis is the general shape of header builder , amp xstore . chosen?

    Hello,

Keep these options enabled to separate cache for the mobile devices https://prnt.sc/1y2ed1z

This screenshot https://prnt.sc/1y2f4am is the screenshot of the AMP version of site. Read more about the AMP version https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/amp-plugin/

This is non AMP version https://prnt.sc/1y2f804

If XStore AMP plugin is enabled then mobile devices will show the AMP version.

I think all the appearance problems are caused by this plugin AMP
So I decided to delete it and close the topic
