The app keeps triggering every time l navigate to a category page on my website. This happens across all category pages and disrupts the browsing experience, as the Passwords app prompts as if there’s a login field or saved credentials to be used, even though there isn’t one present on those pages.
Could you please look into this issue and advise on how to prevent the app from mistakenly triggering on these category pages?

We would like to inform you that the issue you encountered was due to an empty file containing your login details (as shown in the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/h1Ln70ACHnni). As a result, the necessary filters and hooks were not applied to the login form content.
We have now uploaded the correct file, and everything should be functioning properly. Kindly check the login form from your mobile devices to ensure everything is working as expected.

Yes i deleted all the cache the issue is only present on my website and only when using safari

It only happens to me because i have the password saved on the app i deleted the password and it stopped but when i added back the password it triggered again

No it didnt resolve the issue what i meant is that when i have the pass saved on the app it triggers

Since this happens on the Safari only. Can you please try turning off the Autofill: https://support.apple.com/en-vn/guide/iphone/iphccfb450b7/ios#:~:text=device%20with%20others.-,Turn%20off%20AutoFill%20for%20your%20contact%20or%20credit%20card%20information,off%20AutoFill%20Passwords%20and%20Passkeys.?
