Apple pay/Google pay not showing - by ryan

So i have diagnosed with the forum wordpress and i have had support check that everything it alright and setup for apple/google payment. However, it wasn’t showing and i was asked to change theme, when changing to ‘Store Front’ theme the checkout by those payment buttons showed up, as shown in screen shots before and after.
Is there an option in theme that enables this or something, not sure whats the problem?

Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to site where you have the probkem. We’ll check the issue in more detail and help you.

Hello,

That’s very strange because I don’t see the mentioned button if the Storefront theme is enabled https://gyazo.com/b77d2acd2363c0c5744e98bc5bf97578 So, it looks that you have some glitch with this. Contact WooCommerce support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/ to make the button always work with the Storefront theme first and then reply back if you still have issues with our theme after that.

Because as this moment it works only in test mode.

Hello, so i did some debug with different browsers and devices the reason which it might not have shown for you is because your browser you have not signed in with Google/Apple. If you access the Staging clone i made today in the private content area, you can see there is a button for google pay, this is shown because my browser i am signed into Google. I also tried this on Incognito but the button does not show and safari, without being signed into either service i was not shown this button. Another test, tried on my iPhone and the Apple pay button showed. The problem is this isn’t working for the main domain only on the Staging. You can sign into this Staging domain with the same credentials as before.

Edit: It is working now on the main domain, after creating the staging.

Hello,

If that button does not work for the production site even with the Storefront theme then you need to contact WooCommerce Stripe plugin support. We can do nothing with this https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/
We can help you only in case issue appears with our theme only. But in your case it does not work ok even with the Storefront theme.

It is working now on the main site with this theme. However, only to users who have signed in to Google or Apple on their devices.
