    Hello Support Team,

I am trying to develop the product archive / category pages and used the ‘Archive Products’ element.

I am having issues with how the default sorting dropdown, display icons, and show # of results is currently being displayed.

Instead of each element appearing in one single row, everything is stacked on top of each other and I cannot find any settings/options to correct this.

Could you assist me with this issue?

You may take a look at the website in the private content area for a visual reference of what I mean.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Nothingandco,

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

Shop is the default page for products, there is no need to add any element inside the page content via editor, because the products are shown there automatically – https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/
Please try to do the next, delete the content you added to the Shop page, and just make sure that this empty Shop page is selected in WooCommerce settings https://prnt.sc/6BibmZStzxfQ Then go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop page layout > edit settings depending on your needs.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Kind Regards,

Thank you, let me give this a try and see if it solved my issue.

Also, is there a way to just use Elementor to fully customize my Shop page as opposed to using the setting in the Theme Options?

I always see this message on Elementor when trying to edit certain WooCommerce blocks such as:

“To change the Products Archive’s layout, go to Appearance > Customize.”
“The style of this widget is often affected by your theme and plugins. If you experience any such issue, try to switch to a basic theme and deactivate related plugins.”

I am also not sure why my shop sidebar does not appear on the lefthand side?

I would like to have it only display an accordion of the product categories that I have.

    Hello, Nothingandco,

    Thank you for your response.

The shop page is a catalog page for products that cannot be edited using Elementor by default.
If you are using Elementor Pro, please refer to the plugin documentation for instructions on how to edit the shop page: https://elementor.com/help/creating-a-woocommerce-archive-template/.

About the Sidebar, please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look at your settings.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

    Kind Regards,

I do have Elementor Pro and the issue that I run into is that the sorting toolbar above the products archive appears stacked instead of all being in one single row. If you take a look at my theme builder template you will be able to see the UI issue.

I’ve provided temp access via the private content area, please help me take a look at the sidebar issue.

Also another issue that I have is while editing the product page using the single product builder and adjusting the size of the product title for example, the size does not change and it remains a very large text. Im not sure what’s happening here. Seems to happen with other text related options when adjusting the size.

Appreciate your response and help on this

    Hello, Nothingandco,

    Thank you for your response.

    1/ https://prnt.sc/ZQhkPC79ZwJu – have you solved it?

2/ Please provide FTP access, then one of our developers will check the situation with the sidebar more deeply.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

3/ https://elementor.com/help/theme-style-global-settings/ – please delete font-size for h1 from these Elementor settings – https://prnt.sc/Wa1niKZuZjE8 Then settings from our Single Product Builder will work fine.

    Kind Regards,

    1. I was unable to solve the sidebar issue as this is a very important element to include in my shop / category pages.

I would like to use the IKS Menu that I designed to be placed within the sidebar. But does XStore have a product accordion feature already?

    2. Included in the private content area

    3. Wonderful! That worked. Thank you for finding the issue for that.

    Hello, Nothingandco,

    Thank you for your response.

We’ve fixed the problem with the sidebar, the fix will be included in the next theme update also.

“I would like to use the IKS Menu that I designed to be placed within the sidebar. But does XStore have a product accordion feature already?” – this question is a bit unclear to us. Please describe it in more detail with links and screenshots.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
