Hello, nice to meet you. I’m using Elementor PRO as a website builder, but when using a template like Product Categories, it doesn’t work. I have communicated with the Elementor PRO support but they have told me that it is a problem of the Theme, since the Display conditions that I give to the template that I want to use, are the correct ones. I hope you can provide me with a solution.

Hello,

Have you checked if this works when a default theme, like Storefront, is activated on the site?
Also, check wp-admin access https://prnt.sc/fZ5cNipl18YT + provide FTP access. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
