    Hi

Xstore builder (theme builder elementor), is currently not showing products archive page?

    https://elmate.no/alle-produkter/

I cannot enter to edit it. And the design has changed cause of this.

Is this some error with the theme as per now?

Appreciate a quick look at it as it is a fundamental page.

    Thanks

    Hello, @Nicolo,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ We have thoroughly reviewed the XStore Builders > Product Archive Builder on our test site and did not encounter any issues. It is working correctly. It appears that the issue you are experiencing is specific to your website.

To assist you further, we kindly recommend reviewing our theme documentation, which provides detailed guidance on the Product Archive Builder with Elementor. You can access it here:

2/ To better understand the issue you are experiencing, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating your actions and the problem. Please upload this video to any file-sharing service or https://fex.net/ and provide us with the link.

3/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

It seems that it was because of the PRO Elements plugin.

    Its fixed now!

Deactivated it, and downloaded it again.

Cleared cache and now it works.

    Thanks for your help!
