As soon as I activate the XStore Core plugin, it shows me errors 500,

good evening,
after installing and importing the demo, it keeps showing me the following messages. I disabled everything added and found the problem. As soon as I activate the X plugin, it shows me errors, if I deactivate it, I can see the page normally.

I should add that I spoke with the Hosting company and we have everything we need right.

Could you help me find a solution?

Hello,

1/ Please downgrade the PHP version from 8.3.15 to 8.1 or 8.2. Not all plugins are compatible with your current version. Your hosting provider can take this action at your request.

2/ After that enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction and what needs to be fixed.

3/ Provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
