ASAP assistance – Email builder is not sending emails at all

    Hello
    My website did his first order and I noticed that no email was sent to the client and I did not got any,.
    So I placed real order myself, and no email triggered.
    Please assist.
    The email builder is enabled.
    And if I test any of the email templates than I can see that the email is sent as required, But on real life it fail

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

    Please check how emails work when our email builder is disabled (XStore > Email Builder).

    Also, check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
    Let us know the results of the tests.

    If the issue continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.
    We recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider to review the server mail log. Additionally, it would be prudent to contact WooCommerce plugin support concurrently for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    This is theme related as i other services trigger the required emails such as payment solution

If it persists, we kindly ask you to verify whether the problem is specifically related to our XStore theme. To do this, please switch to the default Storefront theme temporarily. We have noted that although many of our clients have reported conducting similar tests with the default theme, the verifications have not always been thorough.

    Once you have switched to the Storefront theme, could you please conduct the necessary tests and provide us with screenshots of the successful email notifications you receive? This will help us ensure that the tests were performed correctly and determine if the issue is indeed isolated to our XStore theme.
