Asking About Enable the Popup & Coupon Code Option

Hello Team,

I hope you guys are well. I need to add a popup on my website offering an extra 5% off with a coupon. How can I set this up? Do you have any prebuilt popup templates? If so, where can I find them? I saw a popup option before purchasing the theme, but I can’t find it now. Could you guide me on where to locate this popup option and suggest the ideal size for it?

Additionally, I want to offer an extra 2% or 5% off on the first order through a coupon code. Can you let me know where I can enable this feature? For example, if someone visits my website for the first time, they should get an extra 2% or 5% discount with a coupon. Is this functionality available in the theme, and where can I find it?

If these options are not available in the theme, please let me know which plugin can provide these features.

Please guide me on both options, either by creating a video or written instructions. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To add a popup on your website offering an extra 5% off with a coupon, you can edit the header builder template via Elementor and add Newsletter element, then select a static block or a template with the desired content in settings of this element.

Please let us know the popup of which demo you like and we will create an example on your site.

The ideal size for a popup generally depends on the content you wish to include. However, a standard size that works well in most cases is 600×400 pixels. This size is large enough to catch attention while not overwhelming the rest of the page content.

Dear Team,

Sir, I understood what you said, but I didn’t get the static block option. Could you please explain one or two popup design options to me so that I can modify them?

I want to create a popup where an image appears suddenly with all the content written inside it. I’m sending you a reference website, and I want a popup like the one on that site, which appears after 3 to 4 seconds when a user visits the homepage and contains all the text.

I would like you to create something like this and also make a video tutorial so that I can make changes myself.

Please take a look at the reference so I can apply it to my website.

Hello Team,

I hope you are well, You’ve done something different here. What I wanted was a popup that appears automatically on a website after 5-10 seconds of scrolling or waiting, not a newsletter.

For example, the popup would show a message offering an extra 5% off on the first purchase. I sent you a reference website and a video to help you understand what I need.

Please create an automatic popup like that.
Please delete what you’ve made, as it’s not what I need.

As you see on this website, when a user visits the site, a popup appears automatically after 3-4 seconds offering a discount on the first order. After entering a number, the next slide shows a coupon code. I need a similar popup. I will provide the image, and you can let me know the size required for both mobile and desktop versions.

Please help me create this kind of popup. Do we need to use a theme function or install a third-party plugin for this? Please guide me on how to create this popup.

If creating a popup with a number field is not possible, a simple image-based popup would work as well. In this case, I’ll include the coupon code in the image itself and the popup will instruct users to use that code for a discount.

Please review this and let me know the image sizes you need for both mobile and desktop versions. I’ll create the images accordingly. Alternatively, you can make a sample popup with any image, and I will update the image with the coupon code later.

Hello Team,

As per your guidance, I have created a new popup for the website, but as you can see, the background image is displaying with a white color, which does not look good.
Could you please remove the white color so that the focus remains solely on the image?

Hello Dear,

Oh, sorry sir, I thought you would understand, but no problem.

Let me explain. Go to the WP dashboard, and under the templates option, you’ll see a popup named ‘wellness5.’ You can edit that popup with Elementor and make changes.
