I would like to report an issue regarding the category filter functionality on the mobile version of our website. Upon checking, I observed that the category filter is not working as intended on mobile devices, whereas it functions properly on the desktop version.

To provide a visual representation of the problem, I have attached a link to a video screenshot showcasing the differences in the category filter functionality between the mobile and desktop versions of the category page. I kindly request your assistance in investigating and resolving this matter.

For your convenience, I have included the links to the category page, wp-admin URL, and admin credentials for accessing the private content. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

1/ Upon review, we have noticed that the mobile version video link has been provided twice. Kindly verify the URLs to ensure they are correct.

2/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins (including cache) that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

We thank you for your attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello,

We kindly request that you change the PHP version to 8.1. Should this not resolve the issue, we would require FTP access to proceed further.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and assure you that your credentials will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and care.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello,

Your current PHP version is 8.1.2-1ubuntu2.14. To ensure optimal performance and compatibility, we kindly request that you downgrade your PHP version to either 8.0 or 8.1.

Should the issue persist after the downgrade, we may require FTP access to further investigate and resolve the matter.

We appreciate your prompt attention to this request and stand ready to assist you through the process.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

We have identified the issue – it stems from our use of the All In One SEO plugin. Upon deactivating the plugin, the problem with the category filter was resolved. However, since we still require the functionality of All In One SEO, could 8themes kindly guide us on resolving this issue without deactivating the plugin?
