    Hi XStore Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m currently experiencing some issues with the slider I’ve created using xsore slider feature in the XStore theme. Below are the details of my setup:

    Desktop Settings:
    Container Settings:

    Content Width: Full Width
    Width: 100%
    Min Height: 500px
    Direction: Column (Vertical)
    Justify Content: Center
    Align Items: Center
    Slider Section:

    Height: 686px
    Mobile Settings:
    Container Settings:

    Width: 500px
    Min Height: Min Height
    Direction: Column (Vertical)
    Justify Content: Center
    Align Items: Center
    Slider Section:

    Height: 19vh
    Banner Dimensions:
    Banner Size: 1920 x 820 px
    Issues Faced:
Desktop View: The banner appears to be cropped significantly, and I’m unable to see the full image.
Mobile View: The slider section also appears cropped and looks very small.
Could you please provide guidance on the proper settings and dimensions to avoid cropping issues on both desktop and mobile views? Any specific recommendations regarding the slider settings and container dimensions would be greatly appreciated.

Please, provide us the correct wp-admin access to your web-site, so we could check the setting of your sliders.
