I have closely followed the instructions provided in the translation videos, but some items remain untranslated despite my efforts. For instance, the phrase “Add to Cart” still appears in English, even after configuring the appropriate translation. There are several other instances where translations do not apply, regardless of my attempts to resolve this. Could you please assist me in identifying the issue with these translation strings?

I am encountering an issue with the “My Cart” sidebar section. When the sidebar appears, it seems that the styling is not functioning correctly, and I am unable to find a place to edit this. Please review the attached image for more details.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Please clear cache and check the “Add to cart” translation on the single product page now.

XStore Builders > Header Builder via Elementor > edit template > Cart element settings > color https://prnt.sc/vPXJV6omSI0b
    and https://prnt.sc/yK39BS1TXplb

I am unable to change the color of the selected header to black. Could you please assist me with this?

Additionally, I have attached an image showing some text that is still being displayed in English rather than Spanish. There is also an incorrect translation in Spanish; it should say “ciudad” instead of “población.”

Furthermore, the login sidebar section is presenting an error as we cannot see the field names. The same issue is occurring with the Favorites and Compare sidebar sections.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Dear @jinxlo,

We hope this message finds you well.

It appears that the issue with the colors on your header elements is being caused by the custom CSS applied to your header containers. You can refer to the following screenshot for more details: https://prnt.sc/uwUaUuOk7NZy.

Additionally, we are currently unable to review or address the issue directly, as the access credentials you previously provided are no longer valid. We kindly request that you attempt to resolve the issue on your end using the information provided in the screenshot.

If you encounter any further challenges or have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us here. We’ll be more than happy to assist you.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
