    Dear XStore Support Team,

I’m experiencing an issue where changes made in my XStore child theme are not overriding or reflecting on the parent theme.

    Details:
    Parent Theme: XStore (latest version)
Child Theme Setup: Proper style.css and functions.php files are configured as per WordPress standards.
Issue: Template file changes (e.g., header.php) and CSS modifications in the child theme do not apply.
Troubleshooting: Cleared caches, verified file structure, enabled debugging, and reviewed documentation without success.
Could you please confirm if there are restrictions or specific configurations required to ensure child theme changes are applied?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hello, NS FASHION HOUSE

Please note that any modifications made to the header.php file of the child theme may not take effect if your header is built using the Header Builder. If you prefer not to use the Header Builder, you will need to navigate to XStore Builders -> Header Builder and either delete the created headers or adjust their display settings accordingly.

For more details, please refer to the attached files.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
