Subject: Assistance Required: Age Verification Popup Issue

Dear XStore Theme Support Team,

I am encountering an issue with the age verification popup on my website. The popup appears every time I refresh the page, which disrupts the user experience.

Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue so that the popup only appears once per user session or as per the intended functionality?

I didn’t fully understand the part about caching causing the issue. Could you please explain it more clearly or provide steps to resolve it?

Could you kindly confirm if you are using a cache plugin? If so, could you please share its name? Additionally, is it correct to assume that the issue does not occur when the cache plugin is disabled?

If this is the case, it suggests that when the plugin is enabled, you may need to access the cache plugin settings and add the following cookie, “etheme_cookies,” to the “Reject Cookies” section.

I am encountering an issue with the age verification popup on my website. Every time I refresh the page or navigate back to the homepage from another page, the age verification popup appears again, even after I have already verified my age.

Could you please, share the browser information you are testing from ? We have made few tests from Chrome and Safari browsers with no issues as shown on your video.
