Assistance Required for Changing Sidebar Categories

Hello XStore Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out for assistance with changing the categories displayed in the sidebar of my WordPress site using the XStore theme. Currently, only the old categories are visible, and I would like to know how to update them to show the new categories I have created.

To help illustrate the issue, I have attached an image showing the current sidebar with the old categories.

Could you please guide me through the process of making these changes, or assist with the adjustments if possible? If you need any additional information or details, please let me know.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We kindly request that you navigate to Dashboard > Products > Categories > Edit Categories to ensure that the new categories have been populated appropriately https://prnt.sc/b0oKigFHXVj0

It works fine on our test site – https://prnt.sc/tiO0eD-hH_Js

If this doesn’t help, provide us with FTP access.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
