Assistance Required for Mobile View and Shop Page Formatting

Hello Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am experiencing an issue where the products displayed on the shop page are not visible on the mobile view, even though they are not hidden in the responsive options. Could you please look into this and fix it for me? I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

Additionally, there is a significant gap between the banner and the title on the shop page. I have tried to reduce the space, but it hasn’t worked. Could you please adjust the spacing accordingly?

You can see the screenshot. The products are not hidden from the mobile version but still they cant be visible. Also please take a look at the gap between the title page and the banner. Please check

Hii Team,

I have categorized my products separately. However, whenever I click on a specific category, instead of showing the oils in that category, it displays the normal grid. Could you please check why this is happening and provide a solution? Thank you.

Hello Bagwani,

You need to replace the Product grid element with the Archive product in XStore Builders > Archive Builder via Elementor.

This doesn’t look good, which is why I wanted to change it. Please take a look yourself. When I am clicking on a category at the top, why are the same products showing below? It should display the products specific to that category. This is not user-friendly. The top categories were created so that when someone opens a particular category, only those products should appear. Showing the same products twice is not helpful.

Hello Bagwani,

The product grid element just shows products, independently of the Categories element, this is how it works, not a bug.
You need to use the Archive product element, because it can be connected to the categories you inserted.

The current setup is acceptable. However, I am wondering why it is not possible for a specific category to be displayed when clicked, instead of showing all categories under oils. Could there be a solution to this? Please let me know.

You made some changes, and now my lower-listed products are showing up twice at the top. What did you do? Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Your current situation is caused by your own actions – https://prnt.sc/dF6wP0UNKyeg , to fix it, we deleted the Products grid as we asked you earlier.
