    Dear XStore Support Team,

I am experiencing high server load on my website, which uses the XStore theme. Despite optimizing various settings and minimizing plugin usage, the load persists. My hosting environment is a VPS with sufficient resources (8-core CPU, 32GB RAM).

    Here are the key details:

    Theme Version: up to date
    WordPress Version: up to date
    PHP Version: 8.1
    Caching Setup: using WP Rocket
    Hosting Details: hostinger vps

    Steps Taken:

Minified CSS and JS in XStore > Theme Options > Performance.
    Enabled lazy loading for images.
Limited autoloaded options in the database.
    Cleared cache and optimized images.
Reviewed active plugins to avoid overlapping functionality.
Despite these efforts, the website still experiences slow load times and high server resource usage. Could you please:

Review the theme configuration and suggest any specific optimizations?
Check for any known issues or conflicts in the XStore theme?
Provide insights on further reducing resource usage?
I can provide temporary admin access or staging site credentials if needed for troubleshooting. Please let me know if additional information is required.

    Thank you for your assistance!

    Best regards,

    Dear @Wajahat Zaidi,

We hope this message finds you well.

To address the issue you are experiencing, we kindly recommend testing for potential conflicts with third-party plugins. As part of this process, we suggest temporarily disabling any non-essential third-party plugins that are not included in the XStore theme package. For your convenience, you can find the list of plugins included with the XStore theme at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/.

Once you have deactivated the unnecessary plugins, we kindly request that you clear your browser’s cache and verify whether the issue has been resolved. This step is crucial, as conflicts with third-party plugins can sometimes result in unexpected behavior.

If the issue persists after completing these steps, we would appreciate it if you could share your cPanel account details with us. This will allow us to investigate the high server load issues further and provide you with a more comprehensive solution.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or require further assistance.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team.
