Hi XStore,
I’m encountering an issue where, when I click on the “Shop” button or any product, I am directed to the correct page, but the content displayed is not what I expect. Instead, it shows the content that you can see in the attached screenshots.
Additional Information:
I had previously installed (WooCommerce PDF Invoice) plugin that comes with the XStore theme. After installing it, I received a warning from WordPress indicating that this plugin conflicts with WooCommerce. Upon seeing this warning, I uninstalled (WooCommerce PDF Invoice) plugin. This information might be helpful in identifying the root cause of the issue.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Disabled all plugins
Cleared the cache
Browsed using incognito mode
Changed the permalink structure
Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the problem.
I’ve attached some screenshots for reference. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
