Assistance required with Refund for Theme

I purchased Xstore Multipurpose theme on June 8th from Themeforest which is pretty great in user experience but after several operations I didn’t find this theme to be suitable or out of my capability to deal with multiple bugs, first issue I faced is with WooCommerce Payment integration and secondly there are lot of items missing in other niche based store themes that I couldn’t deal with.
Humble request to author to process the refund for cumulative amount paid for purchasing this theme.

Thank you for support!
There is no option like other themes to change items in nav bar. I want to remove few items including ‘Elements’ section. Can you tell me how do so if can be done from my side.
