Assistance with Website Builder Customization Not Reflecting Changes

Hello team,

I’ve been trying to customize my store webpage using the website builder, but I’m encountering some issues. For example, I attempted to change the sidebar position from the default “off-canvas” setting to the “right side,” but the change doesn’t reflect on the live site even after I save and publish. Similarly, other adjustments, such as logo, header settings and product display options, don’t seem to take effect. I’ve ensured that I saved and published the changes and checked on different devices, but the issue persists. Could you let me know if there’s a delay in applying changes, or if there are specific steps/settings I might be missing? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Admin access account and password are attached to the private content area as well.

Hello,

Thank you for the solution. I can edit most item with the use of Elementor. However, I’m trying to customize the header content on my store webpage by rearranging and deleting certain items(eg delete “Elements”), but I’m unable to make these changes.

Could you please advise if there are specific steps I might be missing when editing the header? I’d appreciate any guidance or assistance on this matter.

Hello team,

Thank you so much for the help!!! On the other hand, I am facing an issue where an image in one of my sections does not fit fully, and there is extra space around the broader edges.

I have tried to change the Image Size to “Full,” “Cover,” and “Contain” in Elementor settings and adjusted the height and width using Custom Dimensions in Elementor. Despite these attempts, the image does not fit properly. Could you please guide me on resolving this issue?

We’ve set – https://prnt.sc/yidViFovFuBB There was default padding.

If you want to get the full-width image, you need to set it as background, for example, we added it on your Home page https://prnt.sc/AzY9mnrpc6T0 https://prnt.sc/VsPMyxAS2T_0

We would like to inform you that we do not store videos from clients’ websites on our servers. Therefore, if you did not download the video, unfortunately, we do not have it either to provide to you.

As I recall, there was nothing overly complex in the setup. Please navigate to Appearance > Menus > and try editing the menu. You should not encounter any issues during this process.

q1: How do I get access to background? i set it as background and it wa completely another thing. If you have the tutorial link, please send me.

q2: My website look super weird after you helped to add the background( screenshot attached). I dont even know how to remove the background inserted by you. I want to use replace the image in the lower position with the image in the upper position of my screenshot attached. Please assist.

q3: If my user interface doesnt look like yours, please instruct me about how I should follow your instructions. I tried to look for related tutorial videos on Youtube, but the youtubers didn’t provide specific tutorials on this issue.

I’ve successfully remove the image from the header and add a box under the header section with insertion of the image i want. Yet the size is just same as before, while I dont want the broader on the side. So Please let me know which dimension i should adjust

About the background image, here is a video we created for you while editing the Home page using Elementor – https://fex.net/s/zxndtck
and video from Elementor plugin – https://youtu.be/5qTxwo0kUi4?feature=shared

As we can see, you do not use the background settings, you just added an image in page content – https://prnt.sc/vKBBnX0JHwh7 Please read about the Image here – https://elementor.com/help/image-widget/

Regarding the dimension, please prepare several images of different sizes using an image editor to find the one that provides the best result. It is important to name the images differently to avoid confusion during the testing process.

Thank you for the explanation. It was very clear. Yet I encountered another problem rn:

The display width of background pic does not match with other section(eg the header) I have no idea what to do even after googleing a a bit. I prefer the normal width, not the full width. Could you please provide instruction regarding this? Thank you.
