Good night

When I make the purchase choosing the PayU Latam payment method and go to their platform and make the payment, everything is perfect; but after having made the payment in their external payment gateway and I return to the purchase response page, there are some parts of the template that do not load and keep going around the circles and never load.

Hello, @Nafer Velaides,

In order to address your issue, please use the page builder to edit your page, then navigate to the Settings of the element and disable XStore Ajaxify, Lazy Loading, and save the settings. For a visual reference, please refer to the image provided at the following link: https://postimg.cc/LJqc9qQG

Also please navigate to Xstore >> Theme Options >> Speed Optimization and make sure to set the “Image Loading Type” as default.

Good morning.

The issue is that this is a dynamic page that is generated when you return from the pagod gateway; I don’t have a page within my list that I can edit and do these steps that you tell me.

Fix was added in xstore/css/elementor.min.css file
