Hi,
I have enabled “Main Header sticky” & “Bottom Header Sticky” and sticky type is set to sticky. When choosing any filter on the shop page, the Auto-scroll scrolls down too much: https://prnt.sc/Kap30cy3Nm7z
It looks like the auto-scroll is always scrolling x px from top of the page because when sticky header is disabled, the page stops at the “right” place.
How can this be fixed?
Regards
Hello, @Farcela,
Actually, It’s not because of the sticky header. Let me tell you why and how it works.
First of all, You have to understand that the filters are working in the AJAX/Live mode. By default, AJAX works without loading the page and shows the result live.
When AJAX start working it will target the element and once it requests will be complete it will show the targeted element/content so while showing the result it auto scroll at the result which is starting from the 1st row of products.
This is how it works. Hope it makes sense.

Hi Tony,
Thank you for your comment and the explanation about how Ajax filter works.
To make it clear what I mean I made a gif of both functions side by side. As you can see in gif file, when sticky header is on, the header hides part of the product image and active filters. This does not happen when sticky header is off.
So my question is whether with sticky header on the autoscroll can stop in the same place as when sticky header is off so that the elements remain fully visible?
See private content for gif file.
Thanks in advance.
Hello, @Farcela,
Thanks for elaborating but sorry to say, that there is no option in the theme for this and you cannot make it without customization.
Unfortunately, the customization is beyond our limitations and against the support policy.
OR
You can submit it as a feature request here: https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ so that our dev team will check and read it.
