Auto typing feature on website image? - by PR

Hello,

if you go on the domain (on PCA)

right on the home page, the main image of the man; and it says “trusted protector of what matters most” and then has words typing themselves and then changing etc.

How can we do something similar?
is this a feature? we cannot find what it is “called”
