I set the shop page to one page for all languages

But after I open the page, for example, the Italian language, the shop page is created again, and then the shop page is completely broken

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Do you have the same behavior when it is not our theme is activated but Storefront (default WooCommerce theme)?
If so, it means the situation is independent of our theme, and you need to contact WPML support.

It seems that the problem is with the xstor format

There was no problem in the Hello Elementor format

It also automates the check-out, card and user account pages

We appreciate your prompt response.

1/ The test should be done exactly with the Storefront theme because this theme was created by WooCommerce for e-commerce.

2/ You need to select the Shop page in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > https://prnt.sc/it9UudDU-Ebu
If this doesn’t help, we still ask you to contact WPML support and let us know their answer.

3/ After that, provide us with FTP access too.
