Hello !

I have a problem when I go to the / wp-admin / tab and go to “visit website” logs me out automatically.

The same thing happens in the user login section. In addition, password recovery emails do not work.

Hello,

Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme. Do you have the same issue when the Storefront theme is activated?

It works, thanks. However, there is still a problem with the user’s password recovery emails is not send, can you help me fix it ?

Hello,

Check the mail server error logs. Our theme does not have any options for the Reset password option, so if you have issues with this it probably is related to your mail server settings and you need to contact your hosting provider to get help with it.

Hello,

Did you read my previous message? Did you check the mail server error logs? What answer did you get from your hosting provider about sending the emails? Do you have this issue only when our theme is enabled? Does reset password email works if any other default theme is enabled?

We are able to help you only in case problem caused by our theme and if the default option (like reset pass) works fine with the default WP theme. If this option does not work even with the default theme we can do nothing because the problem is not related to theme files, we can edit only theme files, we can’t edit any files of plugins or server settings that are responsible for these things.
