Automatic update not possible with White Label

Hello there I have noticed on the website where I have installed the white label plugin that there is no automatic update of the theme and plugin. Can you tell me if I have an option to activate or anything else ?

I have to intall it manually every time.

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1) Please follow the next steps:

– unregister theme – https://imgur.com/WwRs3wq
– re-enter the purchase code and register the theme
– go to Dashboard > Updates > click Check again link https://prnt.sc/yygl09

You may try to update the Xstore theme & Xstore Core Plugin after that and you should not face any issues.

Or do the update manually via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
