Automatic Update Setup – Purchase Code is not valid.

Hi, in backend I’m adding my purchase code, ut it shows that its not valid. Why and I want to have automatical update of the theme please, so it should work.

Dear,

Purchase code of theme can’t be used to activate additional plugins. Please read https://www.8theme.com/faq/ (I have a message about plugins activation. Where can I get purchase code?)
Provide temporary wp-admin access so we can check the situation with Core plugin.

The situation is that in one place it says theme is activated, in another – not and the same story with plugin
