We have reviewed your homepage on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, but we were unable to replicate the issue you mentioned. For your reference, here is a screen recording of our testing:

Unfortunately, we currently do not have access to the Edge browser for testing. Since the video element on your site is created using Elementor, we kindly suggest switching to the Storefront theme temporarily to determine if the issue is related to the Elementor plugin.
