    In our site, out-of-stock products are labeled as “Back order” and marked as available for pre-sales. Is it possible to set the statuses directly to “Out of stock?

    We use a supplier for our products and when a product is out of stock with 0 in stock the site instead of redirecting it to out of stock puts it in available for pre-sale. There is no such option with the provider and that’s why I decided to contact you

    Our theme doesn’t affect it, it appears that one of the plugins installed on your site may be causing the observed behavior. We recommend that you deactivate your third-party plugins one by one to test this hypothesis.
    Once you identify the plugin responsible, you will be able to review its settings or contact their support service for further assistance. If you are unable to determine which plugin is causing the issue, please reach out to the WooCommerce support team for help.
