Hello, Diana Nikolova,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
Could you kindly provide us with a more detailed description of your request, accompanied by any relevant screenshots? This will enable us to assist you more effectively.
Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool can be used to make screenshots and share the links here, or you can use a file-sharing service such as WeTransfer https://wetransfer.com/ to upload ready photos there and provide us with URLs.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
We use a supplier for our products and when a product is out of stock with 0 in stock the site instead of redirecting it to out of stock puts it in available for pre-sale. There is no such option with the provider and that’s why I decided to contact you
Hello, Diana Nikolova,
We appreciate your prompt response.
Our theme doesn’t affect it, it appears that one of the plugins installed on your site may be causing the observed behavior. We recommend that you deactivate your third-party plugins one by one to test this hypothesis.
Once you identify the plugin responsible, you will be able to review its settings or contact their support service for further assistance. If you are unable to determine which plugin is causing the issue, please reach out to the WooCommerce support team for help.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Hello,
We hope this message finds you well.
We are writing to inform you that we have introduced a new feature on our support forum that allows for the direct uploading of screenshot files. This enhancement is designed to streamline your experience by eliminating the need to use third-party services for sharing screenshots.
Warm regards,
The 8Theme Team
