Hello,
I have noticed a new option “back in stock notifier”.
I’ve added the block into single product page and we get a button “notify when avaliable”.
1. I’ve translated the title but when you click it theres a lot more text. Do you have a translate panel somewhere or does WPML translate this?
2. I’ve input my email and got an email regarding the waitlist. Where is this email so i can modify it (layout, colors, logo etc.) ? I don’t see it in email builder.
3. If you visit the archive page (link in private) the button “notify when avaliable” is alligned to the left. Where can i center it or if i want in the future delete it?
4. The button described in 3. (archive page) does not work (can’t click it). I’ve disabled all tird party plugins and it’s the same.
Thank you,
Dear @TheOne,
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to provide you with the following updates and guidance regarding your inquiries:
1. **Waitlist Popup Configuration**: You can customize the texts for the Waitlist popup by navigating to Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Waitlist. You can find the settings here: https://prnt.sc/KqI-RjK5jshd. These options are similar to those you have previously configured for the Wishlist or Compare features, accessible here: https://prnt.sc/7jRTTAG8DW1o. We believe you will find the process straightforward based on your past experience.
2. **WPML Translation Strings**: WPML should include the necessary strings for translation. However, it may be necessary to first rescan the XStore theme and XStore Core plugin. Subsequently, you can add the required strings from the admin texts as outlined in the WPML documentation here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/.
3. **Waitlist Button Display**: Currently, the Waitlist button is automatically displayed if the Waitlist feature is active in your Sales Booster and the Stock status (https://prnt.sc/E1OU65IU1khC) is visible in the product content. Should you wish to hide this button, you have several options:
– Deactivate the display of Stock status on your products.
– Submit a feature request on our Future Requests page: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/.
– Implement custom CSS to hide the button.
Please note, the alignment of this button cannot be adjusted separately; however, we have made local improvements on your shop page, which can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/77_cVaurrupZ.
4. **Bug Fix Confirmation**: The issue previously reported on your website has been resolved. The fix will be included in the next update of our theme.
Should you require further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Hello,
Thank you for the anwsers.
I’m still wondering for my question in point number 2. Where are the emails that are sent when we join the waitlist (customize the email).
Like i said i don’t see it in email builder.
PS: you have a typo in “email for customer” in theme options when you click on the question mark (hew left).
Also in the top you have the notice “With our Waitlist feature, customers can sign up for a mailing list of out-of-stock or unavailable items etc.) the link on “video tutorial” goes to wishlist and not to waitlist.
Dear @TheOne,
We hope this message finds you well. We are pleased to inform you that you can create custom templates for your Waitlist emails. To do so, please visit our Email Builder template editor and select the desired type of email for the template you wish to create. You can start by following this link: https://prnt.sc/0miLQaYvpYI4.
Within the Email Builder, you will find several options for email customization. For instance, the “Waitlist Request” email is designed to confirm that a customer has subscribed to notifications on stock changes for a specific product. Additionally, the “Waitlist Product in Stock” email is triggered when a previously out-of-stock product becomes available again.
We also appreciate your effort in pointing out the typographical errors you encountered. Please be assured that we are committed to resolving these issues in our forthcoming update.
Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
Best Regards,

Hello,
Thank you for the reply.
I have checked the options for waitlist and found them.
I didn’t tho find the sample that polutes the waitlist. So the starter template that i can then customize?
Dear @TheOne,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You are correct in noting that we do not have pre-existing email templates specifically designed for your case. However, you can utilize an existing template that you have previously created. Simply export this template and import it into a blank template. This method will allow you to retain the static header and footer of the original template while enabling you to customize the main content with the waitlist information you wish to include.
Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
