Backend Panel Bad view of theme admin area

Hi.
Why some panel of my backend and cut?
I know that is not a server problem (I use Kinsta fast server).

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

Hi Rose.

I need to ask my boss if I could add you as admin.
So I update you soon.

Anyway the xstore theme option is very slow and some panels are cut.
For your experience what could be the problem?
I do not find anything in the documentation or in the forum.
I work with a monitor 15,4-inch (2880 × 1800) so this is not the problem.
