Backend performance optimisation required (paid engagement)

Hello Xstore team,
Its over a year that we are using your theme for DynamicDistributors.in.
The selection of theme and its config, website performance tuning, server end management and tuning (we use VPS Bluehost server with 8GB RAM and 120 SSD disk) is all managed by IPSense Consultancy company and i am raising this ticket on behalf of my client. As a result of SEO optimisation, cloudification of images using (WP Compress) and more, we today get about 17,000 clicks and probably 90X times impressions. The front end load speed is close to 3-10 seconds load time with all the caching implementations, NGINX etc done at server. However, with over 1000 products now, business is suffering badly on the backend speed of adding attributes etc. It takes close to a minute for a single step to happen. Two days ago we even moved some of CISAM table storages to InnoDB and also added recommended wordpress table indexes which is from a reputable source. We reduced AUTOLOAD from 8MB by cleaning it and got it down to reasonable 2MB. We have paid plugins in place like Advanced DB Cleaner, Images cleaner, Swift Performance Pro WP Compress Pro etc in place and we have tuned all of these well.We also tuned MYSQL parameters doing all the reads and now having releem.com pro for a month. We managed to bring down from 2 minutes to 30-45secs.

Even after all this effort, our backend performance is really pathetic. I recently came across another theme users post in forum where it talks about comparing XSTORE theme with WOODCRAFT and pointing to comparing the performance of core theme installations and that XSTORE theme requires improvements on performance tuning etc.

We are not so keen to change theme now but since you are the developers, we need your assistance (where required paid assistance) to carryout performance audit and tuning required, giving a good long term performance optimisation. There is something called ProxySQL which too if you have expertise can be considered for upgrading etc.
Things like backend product update, attributes assigning, woocommerce backend activities should fall to upto 5 seconds max.
