Background image in a section is not appearing on the front end

Hi there
I am setting a background image in a section and is appearing when i am at the backend and elementor but is not appearing on the front end.
I do not think it is a cahsing issue.
It is on the home page

please advice

Hello, @Cr3atorf1lm,

If the changes you make in the Customizer are not reflected on the page, it is likely a caching issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

We recommend that you temporarily disable any CDN caching and cache plugins, clear your browser cache, and then check again.

If the issue still persists then please share the screenshot of the section you are talking about also In order to assist you with your inquiry, we request that you provide us with the URL and temporary access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.

To do this, please follow these steps:

– Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with an administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
– Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
– Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

Please let us know once you have completed these steps, and we will promptly review your account information and provide assistance as soon as possible.

We have checked your site and found that the background image in a section is appearing correctly on your site frontend. To ensure that the changes are visible, please try to clear the cache and check back.
