How do I set up my header to look like the Handtools variant, with a background image behind the slider and the top menu sitting on top?

the website is hosted locally on our own servers. i asked our IT guy if we had any kind of FTP setup and he said not yet. is there any other way that i can get you access? or can you walk me through the upload process?
Hello,
I’ve enabled Wishlist in YIT Plugins > Wishlist and your site is working now.

ok, i can import the handtools variant now, thank you! the problem is that the slider with the background image at the top of the page is non-existant. and when i try to add the revolution slider to the page in the backend, it still doesn’t appear and seems to break the page somewhat in that it adds a grey background to parts of the page that didn’t have a grey background before i added the slider. and the slider is still not showing up. see the site here:
Hello,

Please check.
