I’ve seen this topic before, but resolutions are all private (sigh…)

I’ve set some self hosted background .MP4 videos for home page and some inner pages, but none of these work on smartphones. Under admin settings BRAINSTORM all modules are checked including row backgrounds on mobiles and video backgrounds. Also added in row settings a placeholder image.

– Is it the case that background videos will not work on mobiles?
– Also on mobiles, the site logo background is white and I need to set this to the logo colour #000000 How is that done please? URL is in the private section. Please reply privately to any links/ code etc. Thank-you.

Hello,

To change background color for header add this code to custom.css file:
```
@media (max-width: 480px) {header, .fixed-header-area {
    background-color: #000000 !important;
}}
```
Please provide us with the link to a page with video and wp-admin panel credentials.

Logins to site are in private section below. There are videos on home page, but I would like to know HOW to do this as well as just get them fixed by yourselves!

Hello,

As I see you’re using old theme version. Please update it to 1.4 version as some bugs are fixed in it.
If the problem still persists after that provide us with FTP login details.

1- Thank-you. I have upgraded to v1.4 However, I am still not seeing background videos working on my mobile devices. It appears that when an image placeholder is added to the row, it takes the place of videos on mobile devices. Are you saying that background videos don’t work on mobiles devices?

2- Punch fonts appear twice in the admin menu. Plus I cant open the panels to see what fonts are installed. Checked the files structure, but cant see where punch fonts are…

3- added`@media (max-width: 480px) {header, .fixed-header-area {
background-color: #000000 !important;
}}` to custom.css but mobile pages still show white background. This worked ok, untill I upgraded to v1.4

4- Home page images are still not properly aligned to center, especially on mobiles.

NOTE, no plugins have been installed other than theme plugins (see private content)

Hello,

I’ve edited custom.css for the site “zellirock2” and now the header is in black and images are aligned in centre.
Concerning Punch fonts you need update Essential Grid plugin to the latest version. Its archive is placed in the theme package in royal/framework/plugins folder.
We’ve checked your site on mobile and the video is loading fine on the home page with 1.4 theme version:
