Hi there,
Here is the site:
synovatest.unmap.org
The home page has a video background set into a row. I’ve entered in a .mp4, a .webm and a .ogv file – all the same video, different fallback files. Everything works well on Chrome & Safari, but the video does not load for Firefox.
Any help?

Hi Eva, see private content below. Thanks for your help.
Hello,
I’m unable to connect to FTP. Please check the login details and provide us with the correct ones.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
Corrected below:
We’ve created a test page where the video is working http://synovatest.unmap.org/test/ . Checking your video file at the link http://synovatest.unmap.org/Videos/NZ_Edited.mp4 we’re getting an error that the file is corrupted:
Please recheck it.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva,
Thanks for your test of the site’s issues. Your test video did not work in Firefox (Mac, v30.0). It works in Safari.
Similarly, I fixed my .mp4 file, reuploaded it and it works fine in Chrome and Safari, but not Firefox.
Can you look into this? Clearly something is going on with the coding, no? It is not loading the .mp4 nor any of the other formats.
Login credentials have not changed.
Hello,
Now the video is working in Firefox on our side. Please try to clear your browser cache and recheck the site.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
