Bad Picture Quality on Mobile Version - by Katharina

    Hi there,
    I just noticed that photos that are of good quality in the desktop version suddenly get poor quality and become pixelated in the mobile version.

    How can I fix this problem?

    Images look ok https://prnt.sc/xb9k6z Don’t see problem with quality.

    Sorry, I should have described the problem more clearly.

    The product pictures are not the problem but the other pictures. For example the photo on the “Über uns” (About us) page or at the top of the Landing Page: “Neu im Shop” “Spielzeug” etc

    Hello,

    The mentioned issue is not related to our theme. We enabled the default WP theme Storefront and got the same quality of the images https://gyazo.com/5c12f4fe0c69a9a48daa60759445671c You can enable and check by yourself.
    So, we can do nothing with this. Our support is able to help only with issues related strictly to our theme, sorry.
