Bandwidth Increasing Continuously After Installing Theme

I have installed your theme and imported Demo content Electronic Mega Market.
I have checked with my Hosting Provide there is no issue with my Hosting. There is only issue with the Theme. I have monitored time by time, no bandwidth increasing when I uninstalled your theme but right after installing the theme and importing Demo from Electronic Mega Market bandwidth starts increasing like 3 GB increased within 2 hours only. Pls tell me the solution ASAP.

Do you mean the CPU Usage?

The bandwidth is related to the number of visitors visit to your website:

Bandwidth in hosting is the amount of data that your website can transmit to the visitors or users in each period of time. Bandwidth is calculated and sold by gigabytes, but a few hosting companies offer unmetered or unlimited bandwidth.

I know what is bandwidth.
The problem is associated with the theme.

1. I purchased new hosting on May 14, 2024 (bandwidth was 0 as new)
2. I installed wordpress default theme on May 15, 2024 (bandwidth was 633.6MB)
3. I installed Xstore theme at 2:38pm when bandwidth was 633.6MB)
4. I checked bandwidth at 5:40pm (bandwidth was 3.18GB) Note: No activity was performed and no data was updated on your theme. It was your demo data only but still bandwidth starts increasing)
5. at 8:30pm bandwidth was increased 7.6GB still your demo content was installed so no traffic related to our products started yet.
6. May 16, 2024 at 9:00Am bandwidth was 16.78.

So, the problem is related to your theme and demo content which is consuming bandwidth continusly.

Note: I also tested to install your Cooming Soon 1 page demo but still same problem bandwidth increasing hours by hours.

Tell me the solution.

Hello. pls reply ASAP.
I checked many time with my hosting provider and my developer there is no issue from our end. Bandwidth starts increasing right after installing your theme.

Hi @Muhammad Abid,

Please provide some screenshots from your hosting provider which can be useful for our dev team.

Also, rovide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Your theme having severe sequriry issues. A lot of Bots attacks as a fake visitor whenever I install your theme. Pls resolve the problem ASAP.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek clarification on what is meant by the term “fake visitor” as used in the context.

Currently, our records indicate that there are only four users registered on the site. If the assessment is based on the number of requests, please note that the ‘Sale Booster’ option, specifically the ‘Fake Sale Popup’, was previously activated, which may have increased these numbers.

We have now deactivated this feature. Could you please review the status and confirm the current situation?

1. Nothing controlled. Bandwdith still increasing hour by hour.

2. I have attached a chart which I noted for your reference. A chart shows the problem is 100% associated with your theme. Whenever I install your theme my bandwidth starts increasing, when I remove your theme and install WordPress default theme, bandwidth goes to its normal. When I again installed your theme bandwidth again start increasing. It shows the problem is with your theme and it allows bots to hit fake manner. Find the attached hand written chart paper.

3. When I talk about Fake visitors, it means the fake hits are coming from different areas even when no products of ours are displayed on website. These BOTs only start hitting when your theme install. You may see the AWstate from my Cpanel (I already gave you password).

4. Pls solve this problem I am too much fed-up and exhausted with your theme. Your theme is too much messy and faulty in terms of sequrity and BOTs attacks. If you cant solve the probelm pls return my Money I do not want a theme which has such type of problems.

5. Lastly, I have check my domain by installing other supplier theme and it worked fine not fake hits was observed.

6. I again request you to pls check your theme abd solve the problem, if you cant pls cancell my subscription and return my money.

2) It is important to note that a high bandwidth usage does not necessarily indicate bot attacks. Our theme utilizes a significant number of AJAX requests, which naturally increases bandwidth consumption. This is in contrast to default themes, which do not generate such requests.

3) If you are confident that the traffic is being generated by bots, we kindly request that you provide us with the logs containing the IP addresses of these bots. This information will be crucial for us to address the issue effectively.
