1/ Please update theme and plugins https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

2/ Make sure that the problem is not caused by 3rd-party plugin or custom code in child theme.

3/ Provide temporary FTP access, so we can check the problem more deeply.
