Banner not responsive in smarphone view - by Telmo Baldaia

As you can see inthe attachments i have a banner (1) on desktop view with 3 icons and some text. But when o switch to smartphone view (2) it only shows 2 icons and they are way to big. Ineed something like screenshot 3. Can you help me please?
